Shuji Sushi is a retail food franchise specialising in Japanese cuisine (hot) and sushi. The network currently consists of 20+ outlets, 5 of which are franchised locations. A further 9 stores are set to open in 2011 as well as a large national growth strategy being implemented over the next twelve months.

The concept consists of comfortable seating, warm rich dark timber and stone counters for Sushi selection. Our stores range from 35m2 to 233m2(kiosk to large restaurant)
The team assist in all areas of business including store set up and opening, marketing, branding, recruitment of staff, team building and training.
