At Franchise Selection we don’t have clients, we have business partners. And like any good partnership it takes time to build and time to nurture. Based on trust, respect, honesty and integrity these partnerships are the lifeblood of our business. At Franchise Selection we pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know each partner’s business intimately. We take the time to review their documentation and agreements along with their existing marketing plan for recruiting franchisees. Then we spend at least half a day working in their franchise to better understand the culture, the pace, the layout and the workings of their day to day operations.

After interviewing key management and understanding their needs we draft up key performance indicators and the value proposition for prospects. Then we move on to create a tailored marketing plan that is specific to our partners needs. Once the partner has agreed to the targets and goals and of the marketing plan then the recruitment process begins. Indeed there are no shortcuts to this process as there are no shortcuts to building rich meaningful partnerships.
