Then we screen the candidates which includes reference checks and criminal history checks. Plus we ensure that each candidate: is guided through the disclosure documents and Franchise Agreements; seeks independent legal and commercial advice in relation to the purchase of the business and makes sure that each candidate is financially sound and has the proper financial resources before being presented to the Franchisor or their board for approval. All the while we make it our business to get to know the potential franchisee personally.
