When it comes to experience in franchising Kevin Bugeja is the proud to admit that he is no spring chicken. At the age of just 26 Kevin bought into a Nando’s.   The store had been poorly run as a company store and was almost closed down by Nando’s prior to Kevin taking over the business. Never one to run from a challenge Kevin managed to turn the business around and three years later he turned a very handsome profit when it sold.

Soon after Kevin entered and later ran a franchise recruitment firm that consulted to brands such as Donut king, Pizza Haven and Noodlebox. He even set a personal record of establishing 22 franchises in 3 months for a brand that only had 3 stores when it started! Yet however busy Kevin always took the time to maintain a close relationship with all the franchise owners that he has helped place.

Since 1990, Kevin has put his blood sweat and tears into making Franchise Selection Australia’s leading franchise recruitment firm. In all, Franchise Selection’s teams have over 40 years of franchising success behind them the secret to his success is no secret. It is his people - his business people.
